Navin H. Advani has over a decade of experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, and land use matters. His focus is on helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals through effective legal counsel and representation.

In the area of commercial transactions, Mr. Advani has advised clients on a wide range of issues, including contract negotiation and drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. He has also assisted clients in the negotiation and drafting of various agreements, such as licensing agreements, master service agreements, employment agreements, and commercial leases. His corporate law experience includes advising clients on issues related to business formation and structuring, corporate governance.

Although a majority of Mr. Advani’s representation includes large scale commercial acquisitions, Mr. Advani began his practice by representing and guiding individuals looking to acquire liquor stores, smaller commercial buildings, and existing family run businesses.  

A growing practice area for Mr. Advani is land use matters.  Recently in his practice, Mr. Advani began representing developers in connection with subdivisions, variances, developmental approvals, development agreements, and tax exemption agreements. Moreover, Mr. Advani volunteers his time as a member of his local planning board.   Moreover, Mr. Advani has continued to represent clients in connection with commercial development within New Jersey.
