Eric B. Rochkind, Esq.


Eric B. Rochkind, Esq. is a Civil Litigation Associate with Rajan Legal PC.  Eric has been practicing law for more than twenty years.  He brings more than twelve years of litigation experience handling numerous financial disputes for individuals and businesses.  Prior to working in Civil Litigation, Eric spent eight years practicing Family Law.  His Family Law experience taught Eric how to support clients facing emotionally difficult and potentially life-changing legal problems, as well as giving him substantial courtroom, deposition, arbitration, and mediation experience.  In addition to being an excellent attorney, Eric was a professional standardized test tutor, working one-on-one with high school students taking standardized tests such as the SAT and ACT, where he excelled in explaining complex concepts in a simple manner to his students and helped them to achieve substantial test score increases.  Eric brings these skills and experiences to his Civil Litigation practice to make him a better civil litigator.

As a Civil Litigation Associate, Eric has handled contract and tort suits for industries ranging from neighborhood convenience stores and gasoline service stations to international technology consulting companies.  Eric brings the same level of attention and personal service to all of his clients and cases, whether they involve disputes of small sums between business partners or complex litigation with international insurance companies and multi-million-dollar claims.  Eric puts the welfare of his clients first and goes to great lengths to provide them with personalized attention and top-notch legal services.

Eric completed his undergraduate studies at Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, and graduated Cum Laude in 1998.  Eric then earned his Juris Doctor Degree with a Certificate of Specialization in Environmental Law from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2002.  While a law student, Eric was the recipient of a National Service Legal Corps Fellowship and the Computer Assisted Learning Institute Excellence for the Future Award in State and Local Government Practice.  In 2003, Eric was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  In 2006, Eric was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
